The introduction of online computing has significantly impacted the field of business and its operations. New technological advancements have made it possible for people to expand already existent businesses or further develop ideas. For this entrepreneurial project, my idea deals with an expanding concept that will only get stronger with new technology and that people increasingly use every year. My idea for this entrepreneurial idea is a website that specializes in fantasy sports.
I do not envision this website as being a provider with which people use to play the fantasy games, but rather an advice and prediction site. Websites do currently exist that are similar to the idea I am presenting, but I plan to further enhance and innovate. An example of enhancement would be the involvement of social media, specifically twitter. People would have the opportunity to engage and follow the site through mediums such as twitter.
Many websites/businesses similar to my idea tend to specialize in a particular fantasy sport (fantasy football, etc,.). This website will provide knowledge, prediction and opinion on a number of fantasy sports.
